2013 Fortune Global Forum was held in Chengdu from June 6 to June 8, 2013. Chengdu was the fourth hosting city of this business gala from China to follow Shanghai in 1999, Hongkong in 2001 and Beijing in 2005. It was also the f irst time Fortune Global Forum had been held in a hinterland city in western China.
